We found what we wanted right away and the person we spoke with came up immediately to help us took us right to what we wanted we bought a display model rocket recliner on special cell. He wrapped it self for us to take a home and we got a really good deal on it. He was very courteous and that’s why we always go back to La-Z-Boy.

Purchasing in La-Z Boy recliner is an investment like a great bed. My folks needed some new chairs so we searched high and low at many furniture stores in Orange County. We ended up purchasing very customizable recliners here. Shawna was super helpful. We needed two different sizes of chairs because my dad is a foot taller than my mom. They wanted different features but what they both loved was the remote that allows you to make two pre-set adjustments and a home button that brings all the features back to a regular seated position. My mom got to choose the same fabric for both even though they were different styles. The process was easy and the staff was flexible. We also went on a weekend with a great discount. I would recommend this store. It will be anywhere between 3 and 4 months before the chairs are delivered so more later.

I worked with Dillon and had a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and patient while we took our time deciding on what style and color recliner we ultimately chose. Definitely recommend this LZB location.

My husband and I were greeted by Brandon Ojeda. He was very helpful and answered our questions. He was not pushy which we appreciated. My daughter and I returned for her to see the unit we were interested in. We have now placed an order for a sectional to be built with our selected fabric. Brandon explained everything thoroughly and we are looking forward to our new seating.

When it was finally time to replace my chair, Devin Ponce (my salesman) and Anthony Allain (his manager) went above and beyond. Alondra and Ashley were very helpful in helping us select the right furniture. They spent time with us to make sure that we really pick the right size and material of gliding swivel chairs for our family room. We have purchased La-Z-Boy furniture here before and the staff is very nice and helpful. The furniture is very sturdy and is made to order. Good price and excellent quality.

We recently purchased a floor sample Finley model Lazy Boy recliner for my husband at the Costa Mesa LazyBoy store. Our Sales Associate, Alondra Lazaro, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As we narrowed our choices, it was apparent that she was familiar with our specific size and style requirements. Alondra allowed time us to take measurements so we could determine if the recliner would fit in our room. When we returned to make the final purchase, she competently completed the paperwork and even threw in a couple complementary gifts.
